Welcome to BAF DISTRIBUTION INC.. These terms govern your use of our logistics, transport, and warehousing services. By engaging with us, you're agreeing to these rules. We've tried to keep the jargon to a minimum, but it's important stuff!

1. Service Agreement

When we talk about "Transportation Services," we're referring to everything from freight forwarding to local NY delivery. We act both as a carrier and an agent, depending on the route. Ever wondered why transit times vary? It's usually down to customs or weather, and while we're experts, we can't control the clouds.

2. Liability & Freight Coverage

Our liability for loss or damage is limited according to standard industry regulations (COB, Warsaw Convention, etc.). We highly recommend additional transit insurance for high-value cargo. Did you know most standard coverage is based on weight, not value? Don't leave your investment to chance.

3. Payment & Detention Fees

Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may incur interest. Also, let's talk about detention: if our truck is stuck at your warehouse for over 2 hours, standard detention fees apply. We value our drivers' time just as much as your cargo.

4. Website Usage

Using our tracking portal? Great! Just don't try to scrape our data or use it for anything other than checking your own shipments. We've built this system to make your life easier, so please play fair. All content on this site is the property of BAF DISTRIBUTION INC..
